Do NOT buy from this app/Company

First of all I have to state that I have been an Apple/Mac user for years and this is the first review I have written, because Im that upset. I bought an item that I was super excited about, found out soon after that I couldve gotten for half the price on Amazon. I had faith that it was going to be worth the money I paid. I had to contact them the first time because they took the money but never sent my item. They communicated efficiently, I still had the faith. Then I received the item- it was taped shut, packaging was broken, item was damaged and dirty. Overall it was in horrible condition. I contacted them immediately requesting a refund and to make a return. No response. Tried 3 times and no one from the company every got back to me. Then I read on their site that I would be charged a "restocking fee" for the return. Thats only if they accept the return by determining it as resell-able. Seriously?!? YOU SENT IT TO ME BROKEN AND DAMAGED! No one would ever buy/resell this item. So I would be out the overpriced amount I had paid, the restocking fee, and never get the item exchanged. I STRONGLY suggest you do not buy from here. Go to Amazon.
