I have contacted OpenSky simply because I have ordered things and contacted them, because I have not received them or heard anything about it which they tell me I would hear from them in a couple days. I have ordered so much from them if I dont hear from them very soon I will no longer be ordering from open sky anymore, I have always been satisfied up until now but enough is enough.........

Havent shopped everything yet, but what I have was such a value!

I generally dont like holiday jewelry but saw a gorgeous pair of crystal earrings, 5 years ago, that I loved& have been searching for ever since. Found Swavorski Christmas tree earrings, on Open Sky& cannot wait to wear them!

I am extremely happy with the jewelry I order. It is of great quality and wonderful craftsmanship. I order for holiday gift giving and other times throughout the year, never had an issue!! I am thrilled I found this site, thank you Open Sky!!!

Several years ago, Open Sky (OS) had interesting, quality products with an easy return/refund policy. Now it contracts with a bunch of cheap Chinese vendors and completely misrepresents products. They claim hassle-free refunds but give you a 14-day window from date of receipt, then dont reply so you miss it & arent eligible for a refund for the $50 polyester badly sewn shirt you wouldnt pay $0.50 for at a garage sale. Pass it by. Completely not worth it.

First order went ok. Second order...omg. Shirt (xxl) would fit a normal sized 12-year-old. It would cost me $7.80 to return the shirt PLUS the original shipping cost, which I do believe I already paid with the original order! I ordered 3 pillows, I received one. The hoop earrings are much tinier than implied. Probably worth half of what I paid. Cannot get customer service to respond to my question about the number of pillows delivered. I know the earring problem is just that. MY problem. Lesson learned. Deleted app because everything looked great, but ended up being a bust. Pretty sad.

I highly recommend this app for gifts.

I ordered about 9 items from Open sky approx 7 - 9 days ago and have recd only 2. Ive not been given any update as to where the other items are besides the original emails I recd. The tracking information states that most should have been here by the 10th and it is now going on the 14th. This is just ridiculous, and very shady. I will report this to the BBB

Theres so much to see and buy!! I also love the wish list. It allows me to scroll through the products, mark something I like, and continue shopping.

I received the 2 shirts that I ordered almost 3 weeks ago, today. Not only are they made flimsily but run many sizes too small. I ordered xxl and the shirts would probably fit a size 12! I tried calling the number listed and get a recording from someone named Kate! She has not returned my calls. If I dont soon get satisfaction I will report Vista shops and Opensky to the BBB.

This app is clear, responsive and easy to navigate.

Open sky is a fairly reliable app over all. It has a simple interface with a fast checkout process. The only thing I believe the creators should add is a review section for each individual product. Currently, every time I order something, I am a little worried about the potential quality of the product. I have had to return things in the past due to poor quality. A review process from verified buyers would be a great way for people like me to get the information they need without wasting their time and money. Overall, however, this is a great app if you know what you are doing.

I love the large variety of products in this app, along with the credit they offer. I really wish they would take PayPal.

I am always skeptical of websites offering such good deals.I have placed several orders and so far the products have been better than I expected and arrived sooner as well.. Do yourself a favor- get this app. Warning- its addicting!!!

New customer to site. Have been nothing but impressed with selection and quality of products. I wish it was easier to "Search" for general shopping ideas.
