Its a beautiful app but there seems to be no navigation. Once I select an item to view, there appears to be no way to go back to see the rest of the items I was looking at. Frustrating as this is fundamental to any app.

Am I crazy? How do you go back to the previous page once youve clicked on an item to view it? It seems like the only option is to start your search all over again. Is there a way to swipe back to the search results or a back button that I am missing somehow? Also, I seem to remember that this site used to be based on celebrity favorites - is that part of the site gone? I loved being able to see what my favorite TV chefs found to be helpful gadgets, etc. Other than that, great site with highly unique products.

I ordered an item, reviewed it prior to confirmation, hit confirmed & then company put me in a "holding pattern" leaving my financial information out there for a hacker to obtain. I shut everything down, but in approx. 36 hrs found out my order did go thru but they charged me $9.00 MORE than what I consented to supposedly for shipping & handling even though prior to my hitting the confirm button s/h was already charged. When I discovered they charged me more I contacted them immediately but since there was no "snapshot" of my order except for the one they made up they will not give me satisfaction. I warn everyone against this site. I do a lot of online shopping as I am disabled & I have never been treated so shabbily except by JustFab.

I like most of what this app offers, but there is no easy way to get around. If I look at a product, there is no way to get back to my search results. You have to start the search over again each time. Navigation needs to be improved.

I have bought several things from OpenSky and loved every single piece. Their customer service has been great when I had a question about an item and needed some assistance. Their sales are great, discounts are great. But this app is horrible. There is no way to go back and it is so frustrating to look at a piece and want to go back to the things in the category you were looking at only to have to start again from the beginning. Please, please fix this! I know I am not the only one with this frustration. I have several friends who refuse to use OpenSky because they find this experience so frustrating they dont want to bother shopping with you. And that is a real shame because you have some wonderful unique items.

I love your store. I always had trouble on the website and hoped the app would be better; its not!! When I am looking through product and if I accidentally click, I scream. I know have to start from the very beginning. I never want to check out any details b/c I dont want to start all over. Please fix!!! I want to check out all your product but cant b/c you send me right back where I started.

Every time I go on the site and add an item to my cart, the system asks me for my password. I know my password but for some reason it doesnt recognize it. Every time I have to go ahead and reset it just so I can make a purchase. Very frustrating, indeed. Love the products. App needs major improvements.

This app is HORRIBLE for vendors. Once notification is given for a sale, it is impossible to see what was sold. Or see anything regarding the sale. Or even see the backside of our stores. The only way to see anything a vendor would need is to go onto the internet and access it that way. But, if thats the only way, what is the purpose of the app other than to frustrate us?!

So many bugs, keep redirecting to the same pages. Hard to find menu and shopping cart. Selection is good but you will need so much patience to complete the orders. Please fix.

Awful, awful app. Impossible to navigate, does nothing but flash at me. Time to delete.

I love OpenSky and have purchased several things that are awesome. However, it is incredibly difficult to search and shop on the app and website. It rarely completes a download when scrolling down and it crashes consistently. If they would fix the app and website I guarantee they would drastically increase sales.

The company idea is awesome. This app is lacking in functionality and convenience. The entire point of shopping from an app is urgency and efficiency. So I almost placed an order but theres no auto fill option. If Im on my cell ordering I dont want to type things out and have to dig thru my purse. Thats the convenience of the Key Chain and auto fill option. If an app does not allow for that then its not an app I will use. Delete

Doesnt work

Aside from the app being buggy, theres no way for merchants to access their stores. Not only that but you cant even access your store through Safari.

This app is terrible. 100% fake and worthless. Ordered a phone charger and ruined the phone. This app needs negative stars.

Easy to use! Can mark favorites to buy later or track what you like so you get email updates. Easy checkout
